Task_3-6 Reflection

1. Why is it important to use teams in PBL?
- It is important to use teams in PBL because it is a relatively large project. It requires a lot of time, thought and planning to successfully complete each component. Each week it was broken down into smaller steps allowing everyone to have the equal opportunity to contribute work.

2. What are some of the problems you see in student teams?
- Not everyone does an equal amount of work. Some people lost track of who the facilitator was each week, causing some people to go above and beyond multiple weeks in a row. Doing it online, doesn't help much either because not everyone is online at the same time. Versus having a student team in a classroom at a designated time.

3. What strategies can you use to manage conflict in student teams?
- Some strategies that we used to manage conflict in our group were to not butter things up and to express how we all felt all the time. We made sure that we divided the work up equally and when others fell short on their weeks, others took up the slack but whoever helped out extra let the team leader for that week know that's not acceptable.

4.  Did the group have any problems or questions this week?
- No we did not. Communication was excellent this week.
